All examples of loan amounts available to borrow, rates and terms such as repayment periods which are stated on this website are given as representative examples relating to financial products and therefore cannot be given as a guarantee nor can they be used as any kind of warranty. These representative examples are to give customers an example of the products.
Cashute Ltd does not provide loans or do Cashute provide any financial service directly.
Cashute Ltd does not control the representative rate examples contained on this website. Each lender will carry out an assessment on each application prior to any decision or offer is made; this will include a full assessment of a customer’s credit history.

Upon application, our lenders may use both fraud prevention and credit referencing agencies to help them make relevant decisions.
Credit checks and credit reference agencies also help prevent fraudulent applications so we ask applicants to agree to use data provided for the purpose of preventing fraud and ensuring the applicants’ identity is as claimed.
Information provided by the applicant must be accurate and true.
Misleading information will be regarded as a breach of our terms and is likely to breach any agreement the applicant has entered into with the lenders.
Furthermore, providing misleading information through the Cashute Ltd website on your application may also result in the instigation of criminal procedures against the applicant.
If the applicant has authorised any third parties to access this service on behalf of the applicants’ instructions issued by authorised 3rd parties will be contractually binding on the applicant on whose behalf the third party is acting.
Should the applicant make a joint application for a loan via this website then each party will be dealt with as an applicant acting with the consent of the other and if correspondence is entered into with one party of the joint application it shall be assumed that the communication is with both parties.
When using our website you consent to process your information and therefore warrant that all information/data provided by yourself is accurate and correct.
